ARTC Big Red BBQ
Story
Hi everyone!
You are invited to attend my Big Red BBQ as I take on the 5 Ingredient Challenge!
Not only will I be hosting a BBQ on Australia Day, but I’ll need to incorporate 5 ingredients into my BBQ to make it healthier for all. These ingredients will be cherry, eggplant, polenta, ricotta cheese and rosemary - a little challenging, but I'll be giving it my best shot!
If you have been sent this link to my page then you are officially invited to attend my BBQ! If you can attend, to RSVP simply make a donation to my fundraising page and in the comments say ‘attending’. If you are unable to attend but would still like to support me, you can still make a donation and in the comments say ‘unable to attend’.
My Big Red BBQ is raising funds to support Kidney Health Australia – a cause close to my heart.
Each year more Australians die with kidney related disease than breast cancer, prostate cancer and even road deaths. Sadly, 1 in 3 Australians is at increased risk of kidney disease and an estimated 1.7 million Australians over the age of 25 already have at least one clinical sign of existing kidney disease. It's a very important health issue.
Thank you for supporting my efforts in the Big Red BBQ and I hope to see you there!
Activity
Kidney Health Australia
Kidney Health Australia was established in 1968 as the Australian Kidney Foundation. It is now a cohesive national body—a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people living with kidney disease and their carers. It operates primarily due to the generosity of the public, largely in the form of donations, bequests and community fundraising.
